What is interesting in this one, is the presence of transparent 1*1 pixel image. Does the spammer use this for tracking which comments are being viewed? Maybe this way he can track if a comment still exist? It would mean that the web site s289006349.onlinehome.us belongs to the spammer. Accessing it today gives a 403 forbidden access error.
This spammer posted half a dozen comments all with the same tracking image.

Several spammers try to hide the links in punctuation marks. Even knowing that they're here, I still do not notice the links. This spammer operates the web sites ordercanadianpill, cheapestcanadianpill, canadianpillsnoprescription, genericanadianpills and many more, I am sure.

I like the use of the ellipsis which provide more room for spam!

Of course, another way to have more punctuation marks, is to write somewhat longer albeit disjointed comments. Also, note that most comment are positive and complimentary BUT do not include any keywords related to the topic of the web site the comments were posted in. A good strategy for the comment to be left in place, is to appeal to the site owner and members' egos.
