Elections 2005: Personality Versus Institution: a critical look at the scores of candidates for the 2005 presidential elections. The author makes a good point in raising the standard for wannabee presidents, complaining that most candidates pursue their self-interest. However, he makes a startling comparison with the USA, England and India who are all bi-party systems, saying that such a system would serve Liberia better (???).
