Voting Method platform
Certainly, the Democratic Party as a whole is no more supportive of reforms for better voting systems than the Republican Party. We certainly hope to change this. If the Democrats keep loosing local, state and federal elections because some third party candidates "spoil" their victory, then they will start to pay attention to what third party voters have been trying to tell them all along.
If the Party doesn't have anything about voting systems on their platform, some individual Democrats have shown support for such reforms. One notable example in Howard Dean, the Democratic primary candidate, who during a debate with Ralph Nader has unequivocably shown support for IRV. This will be the topic of a new article that will be posted here in a week or so.
